CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Psychiatric mental health is a very important medical appointment. Thus, this cancellation policy is important for our Mental health practice because while a medical doctor can see more than 30 patients per day, a psychiatric mental health provider generally sees closer to ten.

You can cancel your appointment by calling or texting your specific provider.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be treated as a late cancellation.
 

It is important to remember that insurance will not pay for missed appointments, so you will be responsible for the copay.
 

The only time we will waive this fee is in the event of serious illness, extreme weather or weather-related conditions or other unavoidable circumstances. If you are unsure if a fee can be waived, please contact our office and speak with a staff.

REFUNDS

All sales are final. In the unlikely event that a provider must cancel a session then a refund will be issued, or another date will be scheduled.
