OUR CONTRACT

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by email that the services which you ordered have been scheduled for execution. Only those services listed in the confirmation email will be included in the contract formed.
 

PAYMENT

Upon initial submission of your order, you will be redirected to our payment processing system for completion of the monetary transaction. We do not receive your credit card, debit card or banking information, nor do we store any of this information on our website servers. Our payment system will carry out a standard authorization on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. You will receive an email from Healing Mind and Body confirming the services purchased as well as a receipt directly from our payment system. We will also contact you via an email or a phone call in regard to scheduling your services for dates and times that are mutually acceptable to both parties. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the services you wish to purchase. Once the services are rendered the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of services as listed in the confirmation email and the transaction will be considered complete. Subsequent monetary transactions related to services purchased, such as a refunds or credits, will be processed and issued to your method of payment.
